East Jakarta Sudinhub Unravel Congestion on Flooded Roads

East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency (Sudinhub) deployed 25 personnel and 6 towing cars to unravel congestion on flooded roads, Monday (2/8).

We also prepare 6 towing cars to anticipate cars breaking down

East Jakarta Sudinhub's Monitoring and Controling Section Head, Riki Erwinda mentioned, 25 personnel were deployed to unravel congestion in front of Jatinegara Station, Jembatan Item Intersection's traffic light, Santa Maria Church traffic light on Jl. Jatinegara Barat.

Next, in front of Hermina Hospital, East Jakarta Mapolres, U-turn beside Koinonia Church on Jl. Jatinegara Barat, and Kampung Pulo or near Tong Tek Bridge on Jl. Jatinegara Barat.

Logistic Aid Distributed to Flood-affected Residents in East Jakarta

"We also prepare 6 towing cars to anticipate cars breaking down. All of them are distributed to several points in Kampung Melayu and Jatinegara," he explained.

Inundation on Jl. Jatinegara Barat caused congestion to Jl. I Gusti Ngurah Rai and Jl. Otista Raya.

"We focus on securing and controlling traffic on roads which are congested due to flood," he stated.
